'It is an apartment style hotel. It is well located. The staff was always very kind to us. What did surprise me is if they are going with their partner, they have to have marriage documents, they tend to ask. It is a country with conservative traditions. 'This hotel is based to the North of Amman. It is just off a main road with parking via valet outside the main entrance. The reception staff were brilliant as we checked in at 2am. Room was big, modern and clean. Spa was first rate, but remember you are in Jordan so the ladies and gents have different pools and spas. No buffet breakfast as the hotel was quiet, but the a la carte was good. Overall an excellent hotel with really great staff! '

'Wij hebben hier de eerste nacht verbleven van onze reis en waren positief verrast, dus hebben hier ook de laatste nacht nog verbleven van onze reis. Het is een goed hotel, prima locatie wanneer je een huurauto hebt. De medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, de kamers zijn in goede conditie. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Het is er schoon. Het ontbijt is ook erg goed geregeld. Eigenlijk kan ik er niets slechts over zeggen. '

After complaining they told me that it was my problem. They had another room that I should pay extra for as it was a 'better' room, so the service was bad. Also the noise in the room is really not okay. Forget about the gym, the machines are not working.'
