'USJ旅行で利用しました。ホテルとUSJ間の無料シャトルバスが本当に助かりました。スタッフの方々が、とても親切に対応して下さいました。部屋は広くて、トイレとお風呂が別々で、快適でした。全体的にはキレイな印象でしたが、クッションの濃いシミやお風呂のカビなどは少し気になりました。とてもお得な料金でサービスも充実していたので、もし、また機会があればまた利用したいです。'

'Wij waren hier voor de derde keer en tijdens dit verblijf kregen we een upgrade aangeboden. De incheck was zakelijk en ging niet helemaal goed qua informatie. Later is dit opgelost door een andere collega. De medewerkers bij het ontbijt zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt is echt een aanrader. De kamer was ook helemaal geweldig met een prachtig uitzicht! Wederom onze complimenten en graag tot volgend jaar weer!'

However - American travelers beware, you can NOT wear a bathing suit in the onsen - it is nude only. I understand this is the culture but the hotel should emphasize that when booking.
