'Poolbar was horrible. Personel acted like I was invisble, only helping Brazilians before helping foreigners. Waiting in line and still have people being served before me. Also, there was a lot of trash around the pool.'

'The hotel room was great. The reception staff was also very helpful & shockingly, she spoke perfect English. The rest of the country either refuses to speak English or cant. Whilst the hotel service was great, the neighbourhood is extremely sketchy. I didnt feel safe and would not venture out alone in broad daylight beyond the front porch of the hotel. The only reason to book this hotel is its close proximity to the Sambadrome. '
