'My fiancé and I were in town for a family gathering and we felt right at home! We had an extreme warm welcome from Ms Nicole. She was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Hotel was kept clean and housekeeping responded promptly. We weren’t a huge fan of the Main Street being packed a lot of the time however, our stay was great! '

'The location is not what is displayed on the hotels app. The actual location of the Arrowood hotel is 1625 Deboer Ave, Charlotte, NC 28273. Overall stay was good, I would come back again, and the front desk person named Eddie had amazing customer service'

'The size of room was perfect for 2 people. New hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little busy when we arrived but staff was very nice ! They also have a nice small gym. No breakfast only coffee. It is a 15+min drive to the city in Charlotte. I would stay here again. I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer . '

'The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. '
