'The room and breakfast were really great. It would be nice if the TVs were 'smart' so I could sign into my netflix or something, rather than channel surf, but that's just a nitpick. My main issue was that the pool was a big reason I booked...but it didn't look welcoming at all. My kids said it looked like somewhere a teenager in a horror movie would go into. It's not that it looked dirty or anything, just... deserted and uninviting. It didn't look fun. But I will say again, the breakfast was...

'We requested a room change because our initial room was on the first floor, near the exit and entry doors, which caused significant disturbances due to the heavy foot traffic throughout the night. However, the staff refused to accommodate our request, citing that the booking was made through a third party.
The fitness room was quite small.
Apart from these minor inconveniences, we had a generally positive experience.'

'I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

'Goed centraal gelegen vlak bij Dayton Mall met alle winkels en eet gelegenheden. Kwartier rijden naar Dayton centrum. Ideale uitvalsbasis. Kamer redelijk netjes. Keuken oud maar werkt wel. Grote koelkast met vriesvak. Prima basis uitrusting voor een weekje. Airco aanwezig en werkt ook. Ontbijtbuffetje in hotel stelt niets voor. Koffie prima maar de rest is niets (wij haalden ontbijt gewoon bij de supermarkt en of restaurants).
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Geen luxe maar gewoon goede...

'Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location.'

'Refused to stay at the property after checking. Checkin is a virtual assistant machine, the actual check in desk is behind bullet proof glass and not attended. Completed checking and the drove around the parking lot to park and go in. Parking lot was full of broken down and appeared to be abondend cars and old rvs. Went upto our room, toilet seat was broken off, not the room I had booked on line as it was to have a jetted tub. Seat cover chair in the room was cracked open. Bed spread was stained...
