'The service of the staff is exquisite, downright perfect. The room itself is small, but cleverly done. Bear in mind these ancient townhouses are limited when it comes to space. But they are able to fit everything you need in the rooms, and even make it look fashionable. Many nice little perks. If you are like me and think the bathrooms are the most important part of a hotel room: you will give this a 1/5. 'The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London was a pleasant surprise. It’s a beautifully restored train station with great attention to detail. The entrance and dining hall were stunningly styled. The rooms were fine, though it would have been nice if a toothbrush and razor were provided as standard. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with excellent music, and the service was top-notch. Occasionally, there was a bit too much upselling, but overall, it’s well worth 5 stars.'
