The entrance and dining hall were stunningly styled.
The rooms were fine, though it would have been nice if a toothbrush and razor were provided as standard.
The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with excellent music, and the service was top-notch.
Occasionally, there was a bit too much upselling, but overall, it’s well worth 5 stars.'

Walls and windows are soundproof, but it is London after all, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want your earplugs with you."

The airconditioning wasn't cooling great in the beginning, but after maintenence checked it it worked really well.
