Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. 'Very nice small hotel, bringing luggage before check-inn was no problem. Staff took care to bring this in the room for us. We got key code for smooth entry late evening. No breakfast included but staff will recommend where to go. We found Nespresso machine in our room and we could take from mini bar what we want. During the stay we got some surprises that gives you a very welcome feeling. We had late departure and again leaving lugguge was organised. These people understand what travellers need....

Also, the hotel is quite close to St. Pancras Station (about 15-min walk), with train and bus lines in the surrounding area as well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Walls and windows are soundproof, but it is London after all, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want your earplugs with you.'
