At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!'

Het ontbijt was prima, voldoende keus en lekkere koffie, welke de hele dag door gedronken kon worden. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

But they are able to fit everything you need in the rooms, and even make it look fashionable. Many nice little perks. If you are like me and think the bathrooms are the most important part of a hotel room: you will give this a 1/5. But the location close to Pancras International and the cheeky decoration of the room are...

'Very centrally located in the middle of Angel, close to the Tube and many shops and restaurants. The apartment was as described and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The check in process directions were very clear and easy. It was quite noisy from the street and market, but got a lot quieter after about 10pm. '

'Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen om Londen te bezoeken, vooral als je met de Eurostar komt. Speciale inrichting, redelijk donker, maar zeer netjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is beperkt maar goed. '
