'Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again.'

'Great location between St. Pancras and King's Cross stations, and quiet rooms. First room had a nice large bed but there was no shower, just a very deep tub, difficult to get in and out. Changed to a smaller room with a shower, much smaller bed, only room available with a shower. But the shower would alternate between hot and cold water. Hopefully it was fixed after we left. 'The service of the staff is exquisite, downright perfect. The room itself is small, but cleverly done. Bear in mind these ancient townhouses are limited when it comes to space. But they are able to fit everything you need in the rooms, and even make it look fashionable. Many nice little perks.
