'Overall the resort I would rate as good but needs some updating. Rooms are good and clean but would not recommend staying on the lowest floor as our first room there smelt of drainage and did not have a lot of natural lighting due to vegetation over growth on the balcony. My wife and I are sport active and one of the reasons we booked this resort as it had outdoor courts and a gym. The courts had primarily tennis with one of the three courts lined extra with pickleball but keeping the tennis...

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'

'We had an excellent stay at Dreams. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was super clean and had lovely flowers on the bed each day. So many pools and yummy restaurants. So many fun activities and wonderful tours you can book.'

'Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. There was little to no service available on a consistent basis on the patio, bar or restaurant. 3. The hotel is lacking funding and lacks any updates. Furniture like dresser did not have...

'The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. '

'The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from a amazing beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a great view. Drinks were spendy and Im not sure if they served food. It was definitely worth going up to get a great picture!'
