'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar...

'The only issue I encounter was the plunge pool we had in the room. It always seemed dirty. The fact that there is a beach in front of the hotel is nice but not useful, the beach is not good to swim in specially when you have kids so the premium paid for that is not worth it. Even though I did not have a inclusive package I paid for a luxury room with plunge pool, it did not feel like I was noticed much, restaurant staff did not really paid attention to us. 'Room was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that the water was running very hot for two days because the boiler got turned off and the AC stopped working on our last day but other than that it was fine'
