'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip.'

'The cleaning is very poor. The bathroom was full of hair and poorly cleaned; the soap, conditioner, and shampoo were on a completely filthy wall, and the air conditioner was filthy. For people who prioritize cleanliness, this hotel is not recommended.'

'Voor aankomst code van buitendeur en deur van het appartement gekregen, waardoor we meteen naar binnen konden. Het appartement is ruim en ligt op een geweldige locatie midden in New York. Wij hadden het appartement voor 4 personen geboekt, echter er waren maar lakens, dekens en handdoeken voor 2 personen. 'Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.'
