'This was a very comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay, and the location is excellent for Old Town and the centre of Hull. Our questions were quickly addressed. The lack of washing/drying facilities was an inconvenience, as we had several more days of our trip still to go. I would recommend this accommodation. '

It would have been great if the property had been warmer when we arrived. It did warm up but it would have been nice to not have to find the heating as the very first thing on entry. For a property that caters for so many people, there was a shortage of saucepans. However, overall, we were very happy.'

"Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad in het Carmichael hotel. De receptie was vriendelijk en check in zeer vlot. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed was heel comfortabel, met een goed matras en heel fijne kussens. Overal lijkt aan gedacht in de kamer. Er is ook airconditioning aanwezig, die tevens als verwarming dient. De kamer en het hele hotel was erg schoon al het personeel hartelijk. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag een keer terug."
