'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'the fact the pool was out of commission, no courtyard to sit in, was disappointing, especially when charged in full. breakfast is ok, nice touch on cookies and lemon water daily in lobby. front staff could be more helpful especially the supervisor. parking is convenient and location is great. rooms were very clean and cleaning ladies were very courteous.'

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. 'Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.'

'If location is what you are after then this has a great one, right on the square, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very dated, rooms are small. They did have certain items in the them that helped, a fridge and a small microwave however no coffee maker and the continental breakfast that was being offered did not start until 8:30, and it was showing that the coffee maker was out of order. So for a morning coffee drinker not helpful.'

'We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay.
