'A nice little get away just a few minutes away from eveything you would want do in Savannah. About 25 mins for Tybee beach. As a pet a friendly place they offer you bowls and a crate for you dog which is very nice. They also block off the staircase with a baby gate which was great because w have young kids. Would definitley stay here again . Nice neighboorhood where you’ll deintiley see some neighboorhood cats prowling around. Also walking distance from Kroger and goodwill and multiple...

3. Historisch Rijtjeshuis met Twee Verhalen in Savannah Van de binnenstad

Historic Downtown Savannah

'It was just right for the two of us. Nice sitting area and kitchen. Narrow staircase for going upstairs for bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, but the room stayed warm for sleeping. Bathroom was fine. Bathtub is a pedestal tub and was narrow and curved on the bottom for a shower. Overall a nice place in a great neighborhood. We walked a lot and enjoyed the character of the city and each block and house.'

5. Hot Tub - Historic District - Next to Forsyth Park

Historic Downtown Savannah

'We rented this property for a girls’ trip and had a wonderful stay! The home was very cozy and conveniently located near the supermarket and Forsyth Park. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, especially during the chilly October evenings! We had a little trouble adjusting the hot tub temperature, although it may have been user error. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions, which we really appreciated. One tip for future guests: if someone plans to sleep in the...

7. Flo’s Hideaway in the Heart of Thunderbolt just outside Savannah city limits

Thunderbolt

'So really enjoy the property and the hosts. Great floor plan with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a home-base when visiting in the area. All the amenities to include off-street parking, and if you've rented in the area before this is not a neighborhood subject to flooding during summer downpours. Like having a yard although we didn't take advantage of it this time 'round but we did use the patio and grill. Many thanks - highly recommend!'

'The house itself was okay. The kitchen and bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the bathrooms were disappointing. Although there were two bathrooms, only one was stocked with toiletries, and even those seemed very old. The shampoo and other toiletries also had an unpleasant smell, so we ended up buying our own to use during our stay. In addition, one of the smaller bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor whenever we showered, which made it uncomfortable to use. The...

'Beautiful old home and great location. Comfortable beds, including the pull-out couch. Great to have strong A/C in the Savannah summer heat and humidity. Kitchen is well-appointed.The place was overall clean, but there was evidence that some areas were overlooked, specifically under some furniture. Communication with the host was nonexistent with the exception of the automated communications on check-in and check-out. The trash bins were nowhere to be found and three attempts were made to...
