'As I arrived, the entrance seemed a bit awkward, but once inside the vibe was great, lots of places to sit and chill, kitchen was easy, beds good, good and affordable breakfast, plenty of bathrooms and very helpfull staff. '

'Good hostel, it has everything that you need. Nice staff and they keep it clean. You can leave your luggage before check in. Everything is within walking distance from the hostel. Easy to enter with codes. Outlet by the bed. You can store things under the bed just not with a lock. They do have small safes for valuables that you can use. This hostel covers the first 2 floors, the other floors belong to another hostel.'

'Prima plek om te slapen na het lopen van de Laugavegur. Aardige mensen, goede service, goede douches en een prima uitgerust hostel. Het ontbijt is prima, vers en uitgebreid. Ga vooral naar het nabijgelegen museum om te zien hoe de IJslanders vroeger leefden en hun technologische ontwikkeling. '

'De eerste nacht was heel goed, heerlijk geslapen. De tweede nacht waren er meer gasten en de pods zijn niet geluidsdicht, de andere gasten deden ook niet hun best om stil te zijn. Er zijn voldoende douches en wc's aanwezig. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en is steeds daar om je te helpen.'

'Excellent hostel! Really convenient location in Reykjavik. Super close from Hallgrimskirkja (church). The room was clean and spacious. Every person had plenty of outlet, which was great for us with multiple devices that need nightly charging. The room got a lot of evening sun (June), so we needed to keep the window open to stay cool throughout the night. The shower rooms were conveniently located, and were available pretty much anytime we needed to use them. The kitchen had a fairly spacious...

'We stayed at 6 different places during our Iceland trip, and this was our favorite! The room was clean and spacious. Nice blackout curtains. The kitchen was small but functional. The "strange guy" chef offered delicious cakes for the guests, and there was also an option to dine in. We opted to bring our own food, but the dinner prepared at the guesthouse smelled so good! Breakfast was great too! Plenty of bathrooms. The best part about this place was the host! He was so friendly and upbeat!...

'The reception is near the campsite, a bit away from the hostel, so you radio-uitzending pass by. But they were super friendly in finding the right place and helping me out. Rooms were nice and neat. Bathroom was a bit small for all the guests.'

'The hostel is in the center and during the weekend there's free parking in front of the building, on weekdays you can park free close to the hostel. 'Clean with lots of space in rooms and common areas. Kitchen had multiple stoves, ovens, sinks, ketles, etc. for all. Sitting area was jice and had a foosball table, which was nice. Oveall great place for our family.'

"Voor één overnachting geboekt vanwege de uitstekende shuttle service. Supermarkt/Restaurant naast het hotel is een aanrader. Onze kamer had prima gordijnen maar sloten niet volledig waardoor je meer lichtinval hebt. Stopcontact weinig, fijne schommelstoel."

"Our apartment is quite big. The location is convenient to all the major interesting places in the city. The reception is helpful. But the kitchen can hardly be used due to very limited cooking utensils and cleaning capacity. If you plan to cook yourself, maybe you should find another place. The breakfast is also very limited. Regarding parking, the on site parking is 20 Euro/day and there is only 1 lot. It's not too difficult to find a on street parking nearby, but it's expensive at 600 ISK/hour, payable from 9am to 9pm. A good choice is to park in a nearby garage (Tradarkot) at the rate of 260 ISK for the 1st hour and 130 ISK/hour for the following hours (Oct. 2024 price). With Parka app, it's very convenient to check in and out for the garage. "
