'This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere.'

'The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.'

'The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.'

'The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The laundry was not working. This was not reported prior to check-in. The fitness area was out-of-order. This was not reported prior to check-in. Areas of the room needed a deep cleaning.'

'This place is beautiful. We spent as much at a comfort inn in Fenton Michigan the night before that couldn't hold a candle to Embassy Suites in Franklin!!!'

'June 5-7,2026. June 5th the 1st room 103 had water leaking from the bathroom granite countertop even when the water was off along with water leaks in the ceiling covered up by terrible flat base white paint. The 2nd room 116 they moved us to had a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The 3rd room they moved us to 321 we rolled the luggage cart (it needs to be replaced and it's only one cart for the entire hotel) upon rolling the cart into the room the bottom bumper of the cart hit a...

'Perfect hotel voor als je onderweg bent. Winkels en benzinepompen om de hoek. Inclusief keuken en koelkast, kitchenette. Op 20-30 minuten van het centrum van Nashville.'

'Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.'
