Prachtig hotel. Top service en goede ligging. Van hieruit kan je heel Ibiza bezoeken. De twee zwembaden geven je de mogelijkhied om te kiezen tussen een rustig zwembad, of een drukker, waar luidere muziek wordt gespeeld.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Het zwembad en de ligbedden zijn zeer relaxed. Nadeel; wij zaten met de kamer precies bij het punt waar elke nacht het afval werd afgehaald. Door slechte isolatie was het net alsof de vrachtwagen in de hotelkamer zelf stond. Ook is er een hondenasiel o.i.d. in de omgeving waardoor je elke nacht jankende honden hoort. Hierdoor heb je totaal geen normale nachtrust.

Wij zijn inmiddels meerdere keren terug geweest naar dit hotel en hebben diverse kamertypes geprobeerd. Het stelt nooit teleur, is mooi, goed verzorgd en de sfeer is er fijn. Maar absoluut het grootste pluspunt is het personeel! Van receptie tot restaurant en zeker de boys van de valet parking! Iedereen is begaan, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ongeacht het tijdstip staan ze voor je klaar om jouw verblijf perfect te laten verlopen.

Extreem genoten!
Super ervaring gehad in dit prachtige hotel. Alles was perfect geregeld. Super kamer met prachtig uitzicht over 1 van de 2 zwembad eb en zee. Heerlijk eten in het restaurant. Ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid. Kon niet beter. Het was een heerlijke ervaring. Volgende keer zeker weer ik dit prachtige hotel. Aanrader!

Die Hotelanlage ist an sich OK. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Superior-Doppelzimmer leider sehr knapp geschnitten. Das Bad ist nicht wirklich getrennt mit Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer fast direkt neben dem Bett -> unglaublich aber war! Der 50m-Schwimmingpol sauber & schön, aber leider wird man überall ständig mit sehr lauten mit DJ-Musik beschallt. Wenn man dort die Ruhe sucht ist man sicher am falschen Ort.

My second time staying at this hotel and it did not miss. I had an amazing time and luckily got upgraded to a junior suite! Only thing I would wish is that they work on the mould infestation in the corners in the showers (and rooms also I guess). Overall superb experience and the spa is great!

Reception/overall staff are very slow and could use more training on the overall efficiency of the hotel. The breakfast is one of the best, be aware of bees on the patio. The stay price is inflated for what you actually get, the gym is beautiful but doesn't have real standard equipment..everything’s just design orientated. Instead, I highly recommend doing their yoga/hiking/morning rise/sound bath classes(they’re free and really nice). Don't get the burger for lunch, food is pretty expensive and underwhelming. Location is solid, a nice walk to the town along the water. Overall not bad, you’ll enjoy it and its probably better than most in the area.

Es una propiedad nueva, con empleados amables y un muy buen restaurante. Sin embargo el valor de la habitación para lo que ofrece es DEMASIADO alto. No tiene vista al mar, solo a la piscina que después del tercer día ya uno no quiere más música a todo volumen todo el día.

Food was great, staff were friendly and welcoming and hotel and amenities were great. 2 downside’s were that the pool playlist, before / after the DJ was repeated once if not two to three times and the prices were incredibly high (for 1 person over 5 days it was over half the hotel stay costs)

Deuxième séjour à OKU Ibiza et certainement pas le dernier. Hotel parfait, tant au niveau confort, nourriture excellente, beaucoup de diversité pour le petit déjeuner aimabilité du personnel, rapidité de service, ambiance musicale toute la journée, piscine de 50m incroyable, service voiturier 24h/24h très efficace ... Bref tout est parfait.

The start of our stay was not so smooth. I had booked 4 nights originally and then 1 month before I booked and paid for an extra night. When checking in, this info was not available and I had to prove that I booked an extra night. Also it took some time to merge our booking so that we were in the same room for the whole stay. This should have been done before our arrival as there was time. We asked for a late check out 1 month before and we were told we had to wait until the actual morning to ask, which doesn't help with making plans in advance or getting the extra hour sleep. One day after 3 days of being there I was asked if I needed any help when I was walking to the pool, which was odd and then I had to tell them my room number. I asked my friends if this had happened to them and it did not, so i found this a bit uncomfortable. We had the premium room 1506 but the entrance to the shower is really not practical and could do with a sliding door instead. Other than these things, the hotel was super clean, staff were professional and food, music gym was amazing. The trainer from Bodyism was just wonderful.
