Hi, Thank you for you message and all feedback received is appreciated but certain things are unfair or not correct. Check in – we try to meet as many guests as possible for check in but this is not always possible due to late night arrivals, guests changing arrival plans at the villa, hiring cars and going to the supermarket etc. For this reason we also have a key box system so guests can arrive at a suitable time and them we visit as soon as possible for the check in. Aircon supplement in villa Sa Barda is 60€ and this is listed online – as is the local government taxes we have to charge at 2.2€ per person per night. This is the same if you check into any hotel in the Balearic islands. Garbage – you have to take this yourself to the bins – we do not collect garbage from guests. Of course if small amount of garbage is left at the house at check out our cleaners take. If any one has any questions please feel free to ask and best wishes
