'Great Place. Didn't realize really close by train stop was an asset, and made our trip easier. (Train didn't make much noise as it's electric)Views AMAZING. Clean unit, no problems. Beach access was easy and close, but there are stair cases up and down to get there.Can't think of anything to complain about - metal shutters close 98% and a bit of light peeks through into MBR. Would gladly stay there again. First time to France, and coordinating arrival time was more important than I realized....

'We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Nice en komen ongetwijfeld terug. Het appartement is super gelegen, op nog geen 5 min stappen van De Promenade des Anglais en op een kwartiertje van het centrum. De parking voor het parkeren van de auto is pure luxe in het drukke Nice. De commnunicatie voor ons verblijf verliep zeer vlot en correct. Het onthaal door Laure bij aankomst was top. Meer konden we niet wensen voor een zorgeloos verblijf.'

'The locatie of the appartement was perfect, you’re quick on the main streets of Nice, easy to get to the beach (by car due to the heat) The appartment is a bit out dated but everything you need is there and Therry has been very helpful in facilitating us and quick in responding to requests and questions. The view and outside terrace are magnificent. It’s challenging to park sometimes but it can be done. I forgot that there is no AC and it’s was seriously hot 35C. It takes some getting used to.'
