'Located on main road into Ilfracombe. 20 minute walk into the harbour area or use bus stop just up the road. Enough parking for one car per group. Spacious, well-equipped room with comfortable bed, sofa, armchair, TV, coffee machine and kettle. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice welcome, pleasant conversation, helpful owner. Excellent breakfast with various choices.'

'A wonderful place to stay in Ilfracombe. Lorraine and Adrian were excellent hosts and very welcoming. My room and ensuite were great, with a view down over the town and towards the sea. Spotlessly clean. There is a new terrace area for seating outside and they have retained the Honesty Bar downstairs with a range of beers, ciders, wine and soft drinks. The breakfast area opens out on to the terrace and the Breakfast menu is truly amazing with a massive choice and ALL dietary needs catered for....

'The old smell in the rooms decor was t much to look at floor were noisy when you walked on them . Staff were really nice food was good no complaints about dining room nice clean and smart . Too many people throwing face d in front of hotel disgusting smell as you walked out into the front seating area.'

'Ontzettend prettig en kleinschalig hotel. Mijn partner en ik vonden de eigenaren erg vriendelijk en het hotel was in goede staat. We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad en overigens heerlijk ontbeten (de eigenaresse is gekwalificeerd als kok en haar ontbijt is uitstekend!).'

'The room was dirty full of flies, spiders and cobwebs. The tv remote had not batteries, the lights had no light bulbs, the dressing table mirror was broken and just placed on the table, the shower had its own mind temperature kept going from hot/cold although setting was set to hot. I request an iron and board on arrival and after staying 4. Nights never actual got this & also requested bath towels again request not completed and to top it off I found cannabis in one of the drawers in the room...

'Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.'
