'the hotel is well located but the service is poor. staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel seems badly managed - we were given wrong information and when there was a problem with the room it took a very long time to sort out. moreover, the hotel did not take into account whether the timing of the repair was suitable for us (i.e. when we were out) - we were told they would come at 10 so we planned accordingly, but the repair man only turned up at 1. the lifts work intermittently.'
