We arrived in the evening to lots of building and maintenance materials outside the front and in the entrance area. Not the best start. The member of staff who met us was pleasant and helpful. 'No one to greet me so had to guess which room was mine. No info in room for wifi etc. Tea and coffee but no water (in August). Damp in one corner, mould in the other. Mouldy window frames that didn’t close properly. Managers not interested, blamed Head Office.'
