'Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, however things went down hill from there. We were shown to room 1( Spa Gill ) which looked really nice on the website. As we entered the room it looked nice and clean but the bed looked like the mattress was very thin and not quite what we expected. The bottles of water which were complimentary were really warm on an extremely hot day. There was no fridge or safe in the room, but a sign saying valuables are left at your own risk!
