'Lovely apartment! Furnished nicely, kitchen well-equipped. So clean!!!'

'The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

'It was a nice apartment, there were 4 minor issues. The people on the first floor were smoking weed in their apartment and you could smell it all throughout and they kept leaving the secure outer door unlocked and open to everyone. Parking was a mess and we could not park in front or the building. The listing that I originally looked at was on the lower level but ended up on an upper floor and the stairs were hard on our aging dog, this information should be made nice and visible on the...

'The apartment had everything I needed. Easy access, easy parking, clean. Has great access to a huge park to go for walks. I was in an out for a quick trip and it was perfect!'

'Joe was an excellent host and responded very quick. Place was very nice and clean. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Joe.'

The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...

'Tidy and secure property, great host. We had everything we needed for a weekend in the Tower Grove area. Light smoke smell inside, but there are modern finishes and a clean interior. The sleeper sofa was super helpful.'

'Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. '
