'My husband and I spent a week in Texas with Rockin' Star Ranch being our last, and by far, favorite spot! Darrell was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival, as well as throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and was always available to answer questions. We decided to book a horse riding outing for our final day, which is not something I was planning on doing, and Darrell was so gracious that when I told him I didn't have boots with me he found...

'Cabin was excellent, just as advertised. Hosts had great communication and there were many thoughtful touches in the cabin. Only negatives (and they were minor) were the closeness of the very active train tracks (host provided earplugs, we slept soundly), mattress was VERY firm (but again, slept soundly), and a minor infestation of black soldier fly larvae (found about 30 crawling on floor over two days, they didn't bite or anything).'

'Lovely getaway. Centrally located in Brenham. Completely gated country style abode. Great for solo traveler or couple. Bed was comfy & A/C worked great. Cottage was clean with small kitchenette & basic essentials. Outside was delightful with artful displays & a beautiful greenhouse overlooking a creek. Peaceful. Would definitely stay again.'
