'We stayed at the hotel last week. Despite previous reviews, we experienced our stay as very pleasant, both the hotel and the surroundings met our expectations. The hotel is a great base for the Prudential Center and for NYC!'

'Overall good, large room, excellent bed'

'Close to airport'

'Nice to stay over before a cruise'

'I booked a family stay at Aiden by Best Western traveling with my 4 children, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish.  Safety & Security Concerns: Two men knocked on our door late at night while deliberately covering the peephole so we couldn't see out. When I opened the door, one was actively smoking and claimed it was the "wrong room." On top of that, the neighbor was making constant noise late into the night, keeping my kids awake even after notifying the front...

'The staff here is so nice and friendly and was able to accommodate us late into the night after we left our previous hotel due to terrible service and a dirty room. The hotel here is either newly remodeled or is newly built. I am leaning towards newly built since everything is so nice and clean. Nothing smells in the rooms. The AC is working amazingly. There is no AC smell at all. The bathroom is nice and brand new with no mold. The beds were clean and well kept. The view was also very nice and...

'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '

'It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.'

'Terrible'

'Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service '

'This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.'

'Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone'
