Unfortunately the owner was in the hospital, we didn’t see much of the staff, and there was construction from a pipe burst so the private pool room originally booked was not available. 'Our bungalow was a suite. It was our first time at this facility. Check in was different, in that there was no "front desk", and instructions for locating and accessing our room were not sent until just before check in time. We were well on the way to the facility (six hour drive) before we even knew which bungalow was ours, or what the access code for the digital lock on the door was. This was somewhat uncomfortable for us. We try to plan in detail and be prepared ahead. However,...
