Incredible new hotel!
What stood out the most was the excellent customer service across the board. Zara at the front desk was especially sweet, kind, and always went out of her way to make sure every need was met. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety. I truly felt like I was being treated as if I were at home. Highly recommended!'

'My wife and I attended a preseason football game at the Bank of America Stadium. This location was very convenient. The employees here are all very nice. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable the showerhead really good water. Breakfast had a wide variety, including croissants, bagels, a yogurt bar, and you could order hot food as part of your stay. All at a reasonable price compared to surrounding hotels.'
