'We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet and my daughter enjoyed the pool!'

'There was a pet across the hall, had a sign on the door. Never heard any sounds. The hotel is beautiful. Welcoming, great amenities. The room was very nice but it's starting to look really dated. A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. 'This is a very nice hotel. The staff were courteous and professional. We had a mobility assist room. The bathroom needs a ventilation function. Also, the tile floors are slippery.'

'There was no shampoo, door didn’t work. No staff overnight, no TV, shower was clogged, and they wanted (only found out when j got there) a $100 deposit on a $67 room '

'The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!'

'Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else.'

'We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. '

'35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. '
