'Had an awesome time staying at Kayangan Villa Ubud. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I mistakenly booked a villa with private pool but didnt realize it didnt have the rice field view so worth nothing when booking your room, make sure it says rice field view if you want that. Otherwise the common pool has an amazing view of the rice fields. The food was also great, a variety of western and indonesian dishes. I would come back here.'

'It was very clean, the room worked. The property was very nice. There is a pool. It was very close to our diving shop. But I had to ask for a hand towel every day, to dry my hands after washing them. I didn't want to use our bath towels. '

'We had a brilliant stay and were considering cancelling our next stay to stay longer. Lovely rooms, great food option. Renting a scooter and getting around is also made easy as they offer scooters. Would recommend.'

'I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as it’s completely surrounded by rice fields. We were fine - no bites! Staff told us to let them know if we experienced any problems as they do spray - our bed had a mosquito...

'L'hotel sì trova a pochi passi dall'aeroporto. Si può andare tranquillamente a piedi, purtroppo la stradina quando piove si riempie di buche di fango. Bisognerebbe mettere dei sassi oppure lastricarla. La colazione è molto basic, ma tè e caffè sono sempre disponibili. L'acqua calda nella doccia c'è ma non sempre. Però se tornassi ancora a Sumba tornerei sicuramente perché è il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo in tutta Sumba. '

'People are really friendly. Like the coloured swimming pool. When I go back,I will stay there again. Also nice breakfast which is included and free transport to airport. Highly recommend this place ! '

'Mooie plek centraal in Ubud. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Badkamer mag wel aangepakt, maar voor die prijs mag je niet klagen. Alles functioneerde prima. Airco is een pluspunt, ontbijd is prima: keus uit die soorten die bij kamer geserveerd wordt. Via hotel kun je tours boeken en je was laten doen. Wij waren zeer te spreken over de locatie'

'Wij hebben er 4 weken gelogeerd en we hebben het al zeer prettig ervaren, het is net, schoon en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en proberen overal bij te helpen. Het enige minpuntje was het ontbijt dat stelde niet zo heel veel voor en was eentonig wat niet weg neemt dat het wel goed smaakte wat er dan wel was ;-) '
