'Nice place for the price. Liners were clean, room was acceptably clean. Manger was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was middle of the road, but again it was great value for a cheap room. Location is good on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and a few blocks from food and shopping on Cicero Avenue. Overall a great value for under $100 in a nice and safe area of the south suburbs near University of Chicago hospital. '

'The rooms look COMPLETELY different than what is advertised online. Property itself was dirty, Furniture damaged and old, odor in the rooms, Tv didn’t work, Rooms dirty!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND '

'The room had a very strong smell, so we had to get air fresheners, and the window was taped up. The carpet wasn't clean, and I also had to wipe everything down with cleaning spray. The beds were not comfortable, and the breakfast food tasted old. The staff was pleasant, but I would not stay here again. And also, housekeeping never came to clean out the room'

The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type.
