'This home had everything we needed. My family and extended family (two German Shepherds) had a really great time. Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. 'The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great!
