'The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. 'Prima accomodatie en aardige gastvrouw. Zij adviseerde ons spontaan over de fietsroute die we van plan waren te ondernemen. Ontbijt was uitstekend. We zijn twee nachten gebleven.'

'The hotel, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all excellent. The only negative experience we had was that we had a room (102) close to the reception and bar. After midnight we heard a lot of people talking very loud (I guess after the bar closed). Sadly the staff did not tell them to keep their voices down. It continued for at least half an hour and kept us awake. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect. '

'Lovely stay at lord Beganals. The property is fabulous tastefully decorated and beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. Staff are very friendly special mention to Karen and Kay breakfast team !! Food in restaurant also delicious and freshly prepared very efficient even though it was very busy Sleepy little village with lovely walk along the river If you want to make this place even more special consider adding a spa or pool.
