First off great communication with the owners & management, very helpful and welcoming. The property itself has so much character and charm. We absolutely loved it. 'Maybe my expectations were too high. I usually book through the other one—both as a guest and a host—so I’m used to a certain level of basic amenities. I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex.
