'King room with balcony. Room 201 had a beautiful water view.... the rest of the room was terrible. Mattress was turned up at the corners. Visible lumpy mattress ... like it looked like kids were hiding in the bed. Asked about switching rooms but there were no other rooms available. I had an event to attend so i had to make it work. 'Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. '

'Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs'
