'Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea'

'The property was immaculate, looked brand new and so clean. The staff who checked me in were incredibly helpful and friendly, as was the young woman who checked us out. The pool was nice, but only had one restroom and no change rooms. The breakfast was good, offering a good selection of different foods. My favourite was the different toppings for the oatmeal/yogurt, I’ve never seen that before! I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Woodstock!'

'Easy to find, clean and spacious room and comfy bed and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade, even the bread. Hosts were very pleasant, and gave us great local details especially about parking near the theatres. Would highly recommend'

'The okay - It’s a basic motel with beds. It’s 20 mins walk to town and 5 mins walk to the nearest gas station. The room had cable tv, a microwave, and refrigerator which were very handy. The a/c worked well. The worst - towels and bed sheets had hair and old stains. The room smelled old, like it hadn’t been aired, so we had to leave the windows wide open to get the smell out.'

'This is a vintage property with renovations so the suites are unique. Ours was a 1 bedroom with pullout couch and quite roomy. The bathroom was very old European. But the location of the property was excellent with terrific shopping and restaurants nearby. The Stratford Festival Theatre was within walking distance. We had a nice stay.'

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Cute room great location. A bit of noise from the bar at night but not too bad. Our room had a beautiful tub but did not have a standing shower if that is important to you.'
