Goede prijs/kwaliteit voor Zwitserland. Kleine kamer met goed bed en douche Helaas was het restaurant gesloten, ontbijt niet heel uitgebereid maar wel voldoende

Meget hjælpsomt personale.
Meget behageligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hotel værelse var lidt "kedeligt" indrettet men det var rummeligt og der var hvad der skulle være på et hotelværelse.

Bon hôtel à recommander
Bel hôtel situé tout près de la gare. Chambre double grande et lit confortable. Service à la réception impeccable, mais il fallait faire attention aux heures qui étaient limitées à cause de la pandémie. Petit déjeuner standard sans plus.

편리하고 멋진 경치
서역에 가까워요. 부근에 마트도 가깝구요. 중국 단체 관광객이 있어 걱정했는데 4인실은 꼭대기층이고 직원들은 친절했어요. 중국 사람들과 분리된 독립 공간에 조식을 따로 준비해 줘서 가족끼리 조용히 식사할 수 있었어요.

Staff muito agradável! Na noite de ano novo ao chegar de um passeio, encontramos uma garrafa de espumante e um cartão com os cumprimentos da equipe do hotel. Além disso, abriram o café da manhã antes do horário porque tínhamos passagens de trem bem cedo. Super gentis!

융프라우를 가기위해 2박했던 호텔. 직원들의 친절함에 기분좋았던 호텔이었습니다. 그리고 생각지도 못한 이쁜 리셉션 직원의 한국 인사말에 기분은 더 좋더라구요. 그리고 숙박기간동안 준 교통카드 잘사용했어요. 근처에 인터라켄 서역이 있는데 아침에 동역갈때 좋아요.

Tudo bom, mas a recepcionista....
Hotel simples, mas confortável, pequeno almoço fantástico, Boa localização, bem próximo a Gare principal. Tanto gostei, que reservei por este site mais uma noite. Ao comunicar à recepcionista na própria manhã, esta não gostou, levantou a voz, teve uma atitude grosseira e desrespeitosa para com o hospede, e numa atitude, q me pareceu de retaliação, disse que eu deveria mudar de quarto, que por sinal, era bem inferior ao quarto que ocupei anteriormente. Mas, nada justifica a sua postura agressiva, hostil e despreparada para função laboral.

As you have booked an aditional night the day of check-out we had to accommodate you in another room and please note that both rooms were the same room category. Due to communication problems we have sent one of our staff members to explain the process to you and let you know to keep your luggage in your room so the housekeeping can move the luggage. Good overnight stay for early morning train
We had to catch an early morning (6:30 AM) train from Interlaken West, so found this place that is literally a 5 minutes walk from the train station. Room was clean and neat. Check in process was smooth. They had a very nice breakfast spread early for us.

I would give this hotel two stars. It is clean and located 5 minutes away from Interlaken west train station. The room is extremely basic. No AC and no screens on the windows.
