'Booked a king room. My husband and I were put into a double room because “a few of the king rooms weren’t cleaned and housekeeping was gone.” We were there multiple nights. This was never corrected and we were not offered to move rooms during our multiple nights stay. No discount or anything else offered because “a double room is the same price as a king.”'

'⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed
I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room.
During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly.
Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I...

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge.
I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump.
Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned.
Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you.
Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service.
Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '
