'Well maintained property with exceptionally pleasant staff. Breakfast was wonderful, with an on-staff omelette chef cooking to order. I had booked 4 nights, but owing to an airline delay arrived the second morning. I fully expected to pay the contracted 4 nights, but instead they checked me in early and charged for only 3!
I will certainly stay at this hotel on future visits to Lubbock. I believe the expression is "Wreck 'em!"

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge.
I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump.
Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned.
Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you.
Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service.
Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t rate it. The hotel and room was clean only complain was the shower the hot water never got hot we took a bath both night with cold water. I love that my service dog was welcome with no hesitation like other places! If needed we will stay here again.'
