'Amazing location and great facilities.'

'Reserved a room with 2 double beds. One bed had sand on the sheets over at least half of the bed. Desk clerk brought us fresh sheets that we put on. She stated she was going to tell the manager and see about a discount for us. When we checked out a different desk clerk mentioned again about a discount, we did not ask for one. We never got the discount.'

'We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money.'

'One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.'

'For this to be a resort the building we were placed in was away from all the entertainment with no real way to know the events that were going on. I love the fact that it was on the beach and the pool was in the building. It is not far from shopping area if your driving. I would definitely come back to Myrtle Beach but at a different resort next time. The staff was great despite us not being satisfied with the facilities.'

'The hotel advertises itself as remodeled, and many reviews stated that it was clean. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. I have numerous photos showing the poor condition of the property. It appeared that surfaces were simply wiped down rather than thoroughly cleaned. The coffee table was extremely dirty and even had footprints on it. The showers were filthy, and the secondary bathroom had visible mold.
