'Our third stay in the apartment. As usual a very handy place in the centre of the Village. Lovely pub next door.'

'They provide me normal room even if I booked the standard family for 3 appointment. Windows don’t open and the room is smelly (of course because no ventilation) no air conditioning and the fan was very poor conditions. I have to change the room because of problems in the toilet'

'The property description is misleading, so is the voucher provided by Belvilla post booking. You are getting only room, not with kitchenette. BUT, the room itself was clean and comfortable. Compariticely cheaper to other hotels. Location is convenient to explore the area.'

'The apartment is in a great location across from the river with parking on site. It is luxurious, exceptionally clean, spacious and everything feels high quality and brand new - the decoration and style of the building is first class. It is also packed with a lot of smart home features such as lighting, sound systems, large TV and even a robot vacuum to keep the place tidy. The apartment is also dog friendly and being on ground floor is a perfect spot for dog owners with a lot of nearby places...

'Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund.'

'Apartment was well located for exploring Aberdeen. It was very spacious, and we loved that it had a second bathroom.'
