'This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. 'House was very clean, space for parking. Somewhat “challenging” neighborhood but turned out to be totally fine. We had a great week in NYC - took the train from Penn station to Manhattan… overall great location and great value!'

The host is somewhat inflexible, but direct as well. There is a required choice between purchasing insurance or a refundable $500 deposit on booking.
