Das Wohnzimmer in der Höhle und die grosse Terrasse sind einzigartig, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Haus von Federico ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung waren wir phasenweise nicht zufrieden: vom benachbarten Hotel und den Strandhotels wird man beschallt, wer Ruhe sucht, ist nicht gut bedient. 'Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! 'Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

'Our stay at this sweet fisherman’s cottage on the beautiful island of Ischia was lovely. Situated right on the small-kid-friendly beach of Spiaggia dei Pescatori, the cottage was quaint and authentic — full of character and charm. It was exactly what we needed for a peaceful family getaway, and a perfect staging point to explore the island. 'We (my husband, me and 16 year old son) had a brilliant time at Sea Wind house. It felt like a real home from home with everything we needed in a wonderful location. Clara was very helpful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property if you are thinking of coming to Forio. '

Bei dem badezimmer ist eine badewanne dabei ( das duschen ist nicht so einfach da hinstellen nicht funktioniert. Die wand ist nicht hoch genug gefliest oder man flutet den boden. Unten leider nur 1 schlafsofa . Die Unterkunft ist bis 6 personen angeben. Wir waren 4 und es war alles voll. Einige mängel die hoffentlich behoben werden . Grosses minus es gibt kein wlan und der Empfang ist semi gut...

'Staying in this apartment itself was a great experience, but add in the owner Leonardo to the equation and it felt like a personal tour guide came with the place. He is a great ambassador to this island. He knows the right people and the right places for dining suggestions. 'De locatie aan de kade van Corricella is ideaal om de Italiaanse sfeer op te snuiven. Ijsjes eten of op restaurant gaan kan onmiddellijk naast de deur. De rustige ochtenden in de haven zijn zalig. Salvatorre is een ideale gastheer. Hij staat steeds paraat om te helpen. Ook zijn dochter was erg behulpzaam. Zij maakte tijd vrij om de winkeltjes en de bakker in de buurt te tonen. Door de vele trappen is de volledige kade verkeersvrij. En het uitzicht is super !'
