'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

They said it would and encourage me to show up to the resort as early as possible. The room was not ready for almost 2 hours until after our check in time.
