All-inclusive hotels in Isla Mujeres

'Food excellent. Service great. Pool could use cleaning. Activities bland. Dj music was not modern or in style. Beach shuttle took too long. Chairs and seating area need cleaning and upkeeping. Rooms had paper thin walls. Heard everything. Didn’t give it 5 stars due to cleanliness mostly. Road to hotel was incredibly bumpy and uncomfortable.'

'Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible....

'The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the ocean front room was the best view I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the food was extremely mediocre and not very appetizing. It was a laid-back atmosphere which was what we were looking for. Hotel and staff were well above average but just didn’t care for the food at all. I would like to give a shout out to Dulce at the Wink Lobby Bar! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.'

'This hotel is small (one cafe, one buffet spot, one restaurant). One, dual level pool with a bar (nice bartenders who made weak drinks). The room was large, but space was not used efficiently. The food was horrible (which, I suppose, is great if your plan is NOT to eat). The staff was always busy because they were understaffed; I almost felt bad asking for service since they looked overworked. The elevators were small (4 people max posted), and rusty. 'Relaxing location with good restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We used Uber to/from the airport and ADO station in Cancun. This was cost effective and timely.'
