'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'Great breakfast'

'Best Stay Ever! Absolutely Incredible Experience! We had an absolutely amazing experience at Impressions! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was truly incredible, and the butler service made our entire stay feel so special and effortless. The food was great, the activities were so much fun, and the catamaran ride to the resort was such a unique and beautiful way to start the experience. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had...

'This was a beautiful resort with very beautiful views and the staff that severed us were very nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the AC did not get past 22 Celsius and we asked for a different room or maintenance to fix it and the maintenance guy just turned the fan all the way up which didn't help.'

'Prijs kwaliteit was het ondermaats. Wifi was slecht in de kamers, in het hotel en op het strand was dit uitstekend. Douche had weinig druk en werd niet warm. '

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Food is not the best but we did only breakfast and not all inclusive.'

'Due to the humidity the sheets in the room would feel wet. Once I figured out the correct setting to put it on it helped a lot. Due to the type of shower head they have it floods the bathroom and around the corner to the hallway. So beware. The hot water is hot but a minimal stream. There is construction going on so be aware of that.'

'Love the place and the part of the beach but I wish we would’ve been warmed that it was under construction.'

'Love staying at this hotel. The staff is great. Carlos and Roger help with anything you need. The view is amazing and also love the swim up bar. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Susan A'

'Nette kamer.
