'Perfect walkable neighborhood, perfect location just steps from the beach, a lovely cottage with french doors to enjoy the Santa Barbara weather! My wife and I loved everything about our stay. Very communicative host.'

'Cozy on the slightly cramped side. Ok for a quiet getaway not too far from the ocean. Check tide charts if you plan on enjoying the beach. Great host with excellent communication. '

'We were in Santa Barbara for my niece's wedding and could not have chosen a better property. Location was prime and everything we needed was provided PLUS there was a surprise in the fridge...so appropriate for the occasion. No question: If you need a place in Santa Barbara, look no further. Definitely five stars, 100% recommend!!!'

'This property is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could want in terms of luxurious amounts of space and convenience. Our experience with the pool- all the toys and the shallow shelf on one end- was a delight. Our 18 month old and three year old could play safely without having to be held every moment. We would love to return. '

'We loved the place, worked out well for me and my two daughters, was nice to have a little extra space with the bonus room. I could get up, have my coffee and get ready while they slept in. '

'It was unusually cold weather so we were not able to enjoy beach, but easy walking access was nevertheless appreciated. Sofa bed in living room and the two beds upstairs worked well for the four adults. Nice to have downstairs half bath as well. Some of the dishes in cabinets were not very clean and had to be washed prior to use. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and multiple coffee makers..'

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "

"The Leta is a nicely refurbished motel in the style of the 70’s. Once you’re leaning into the motel experience, it’s a good place to stay. Large parking lot available (although I was surprised to see that a parking fee was added)"
