'The house was perfect. Easily enough space for a family of 6 adults with 4 good bedrooms; easy walk down to the water and in to SB. The backyard is amazing, comfortable, private with both hot tub and fire pit. Brent was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!!'

'Really cozy room with nice coffee supplies, filtered water, and a fridge. Lovely hummingbird feeder was positively busy in the evening. So entertaining to sit quietly and watch. 'The house was perfect for our family of 7 and 2 babies. It was very spacious! It exceeded our expectations. The extra room/garage further added to the feel of the house having a lot of space. 'This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. 'The Blue Door Bungalow was fantastic. We were in a very nice neighborhood which was close in proximity to nearby restaurants, hiking paths and to Santa Barbara. My adult daughter and I stayed after driving from LA. The Bungalow is extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. Surrounding neighborhood was super quiet, and made for great sleeping - in addition to the very comfortable bed. So nice to have some coffee and ice upon arrival. There are beach chairs to use as well as an outdoor...

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
