'This house had everything we needed for a great week in the Santa Barbara area. Maxim and Vinita are incredible hosts. Very helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. Not that you really need to contact them. This house was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable. There are games. And the deck with view of the Pacific is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and in Summerland and...

'Beautiful property…… charming and comfortable. So close to all the fun stuff… walkable distance to stores, dining and play. Kids were stoked! Super nice to have all the accessories for the beach there at property. Great outdoor dining area.Water pressure in the showers could’ve been a bit better…. but I have VER thick hair!!!! Overall…seriously-we had a blast. I would definitely stay there again!!! Ps.. all of the flowers in the area were just gorgeous!!'

'This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.'

'This is a cool pad with a separate casita in the back which was a nice respite for those older in the group. Great couch for hanging out, big dining table and back deck with lounge chairs that was wonderful for a glass of wine on a pretty day. Parking is tight but great to have 2 spots!'

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "

"The Leta is a nicely refurbished motel in the style of the 70’s. Once you’re leaning into the motel experience, it’s a good place to stay. Large parking lot available (although I was surprised to see that a parking fee was added)"
